Order Details Report
The Order Details Report enables you to look at individual orders placed on your site. It presents a table with information about the time, region, user, and item purchased. The report shows the orders as logged by Algonomy. This report can be used to validate instrumentation or sales numbers that don’t look correct. It has not gone through order de-duplication, so you will see all orders logged.
The Order Details Report on the Omnichannel Personalization dashboard provides insight into the order on a site.
To view the Order Details Report, on the Omnichannel Personalization dashboard, go to Reports > Order Details.
The Order Details report allows merchandisers to see details about individual orders.
